Earthquake startles people in western Greece

An earthquake rocked many people in western Greece on the night from Friday to Saturday.

According to Greek media, two people were slightly injured and several buildings were slightly damaged.

Some secondary roads also had to be closed due to landslides. The epicenter of the quake was near the port city of Igoumenitsa, on the border with Albania.

The quake occurred at a depth of about 10 kilometers and had a magnitude of 5.6, the geodynamic institute in Athens reported Saturday morning.
