Since the announcement of the project in 2016, several preparatory studies have already been carried out. This is reported by CEO of BMCE bank Othman Benjelloun, for whose bank the tower is being built. The building will be located on the right bank of the Bouregeg river in Sale, and will count no less than 55 floors.
