Nora Gharib gets a role in a new fiction series

It’s hard for Nora Gharib (24). After her passage in ‘K3 looking for K3’, the Antwerp team is tying the TV work together. The actress is currently on the set of ‘Black-out’, a new fiction series for one.

Nora did some acting experience with her starring role in ‘Patser’, the film by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. She was already on the set of ‘The Team’, a VTM series that is expected on the screen soon. That she can handle the camera, she already proved at ‘K3 zoekt K3’, ‘Steracteur Sterartiest’ and ‘The Voice Kids Extra’.

In ‘Black-out’ she stands next to the likes of Louis Talpe, Mathijs F. Scheepers, Lucas Van den Eynde, Ruth Becquart and Michael Pas. The main roles are for Geert Van Rampelberg and Sara De Roo. The role Nora will play is not yet clear. The recordings of the series started yesterday.

The series, which will be broadcast at the earliest in the winter of 2020, tells a political story with a newsworthy side. After the sabotage of a nuclear power plant, the light goes out in Belgium. The blackout appears to be linked to the kidnapping of Prime Minister Hillebrand’s daughter. The prime minister must do everything possible to cope with the crisis and save her daughter.
